How do I report a bug or crash?

Email us at pawify1087@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.

I lost my progress / pet / coins

If you are signed in (with email, Google, or Apple), your data is synced to the cloud and we can usually restore it from recent backups. Email pawify1087@gmail.com with your account email and a brief description of when the issue happened. If you use Mewsic as a guest without signing in, your progress is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered after uninstalling the App or switching devices — we recommend signing in to enable cloud backup.

How does the music generation work?

Mewsic lets you create AI music tracks from a prompt. Each generation uses in-app credits. You can play and share the songs you create.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm in the dialog. Your account and all associated data (likes, playlists, follows, profile) will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. If you can't access the app, email pawify1087@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we'll delete your data within 7 days.
